About Keighley

Keighley is a town and civil parish within the metropolitan borough of the City of Bradford in West Yorkshire, England.  The town area, which is part of the Brontë Country, has a population of 51,429, making it the third largest civil parish in England.

The town is the terminus of the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, a heritage steam branch line which has been restored and runs through the Worth Valley to Oxenhope via Oakworth and Haworth. It had a population of 56,348 in 2011.
